REFUND & RETURN POLICY
30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your ElectriGadget purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- Not show signs of wear, damage, or modification
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at contact@electrigadget.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return authorization and instructions within 1-2 business days
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (customer responsible for return shipping costs)
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirmation. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
